Bruce Edwards carried the bag for Tom Watson as his caddy for over thirty years. In 2004 Edwards died at his home after a yearlong struggle with ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. In Edwards' death, many new doors of life have been opened. It gave much needed publicity to Edwards' rare disease that currently has no cure. This piece commemorates the special relationship that Watson and Edwards formed over the thirty years spent together on the golf course.
