Auction In A Box



Our “Auction In A Box” program is a full service auction set up.  An AAC representative will work with you in designing your auction package that is tailored to your specific market.  Your AAC Representative will be available to assist you throughout the entire process.  We will work alongside you from start to finish, and be available 24/7 to assist you.

After your auction has been designed, we will ship the complete “Auction In A Box” to you at our cost.  Each item includes a minimum bid amount of which a 30% profit is built in for the charity once the piece is sold.  In addition, the charity receives 100% of all proceeds over the minimum.  For example, a piece with a minimum bid of $100 is bid on and sold for $200.  The charity will have raised $130 from the auctioned item.  Any unsold items will have FedEx Return labels to ship back to All American Classics at our expense.

Each item is sent with a bid sheet that includes the piece description, minimum bid and minimum raise.   We also send table easels to display the pictures, check out tickets to close the auction down and an auction manual that serves as a guide with helpful tips on running the auction.  Any unsold pieces will have FedEx Return Labels provided to ship back to AAC at our cost.   The charity must have one representative to set up and close down the auction.
